She creates dishes daily that awaken the senses: from lobster bouillabaisse, John Dory, and langoustines to a revisited Tarte Tatin, including beautiful cuts of grilled meat.
Enveloping pearl gray armchairs, scarlet velvet drapes, white-lined tables, trendy materials, and playful lighting create an elegant and warm setting.
