La Rôtisserie - Fahrenheit 7 is a restaurant open to all, located on the snow front of Courchevel 1650.
In winter, an exceptional location, at the foot of the Belvédère and Ariondaz ski lifts, with a sunny terrace!
Accessible from Courchevel 1850 via the Belvédère and Marquis slopes, all you have to do is take off your skis, you will be greeted by a dynamic and attentive team.
Facing the slopes, with your feet in the snow, you will appreciate the bistronomic cuisine of chef Damien Ducharlet who propels fresh produce straight onto the plates.
On the menu: fruit and cheese from Savoie made from raw milk, meat from around the world cooked over a wood fire, pearly fish and Asian flavors, dessert buffet.
The wine list relies on the best flakes from here and elsewhere.
The terrace, facing south and directly on the snow front, allows you to enjoy the sun with great blows of the fork, your feet in the snow.
Here we eat and we tan. Between two slopes, for a quick lunch or to spend some time, the terrace is a kaleidoscope open to the beauty of the peaks.
Inside, and in the evening, in a space bathed in light, with retro decor and velvet sofa, find a touch of non-conformism.
4-star friendliness, generosity and relaxation:
here, we laugh a lot, we eat (very) well, we experience the mountains like nowhere else, we combine pleasure in the plural with family and friends!
