The famous restaurant Avancher evolves this year: bigger, more pleasant but still warm.

Chef Olivier Nuret and his team always welcome you from 7 pm on Monday, whether you are guests of the hotel or not.

The recipe remains the same:
fresh and local products for gourmet cuisine, homemade entrees, selected meats, varied fondues or, of course, the famous "Raclette à l'ancienne" which has made the house famous:

raclette is delicately scorched under the central oven of the restaurant and served on the plate, as tradition requires.

This is the only place in Val d'Isère where you can eat it in this way.

Very easy to find, on the right side of the main road, 300 m after the roundabout of the Tourist Office in the direction of Fornet.
